A commercial hub designed to give an experience of a mini village market that houses various retail, eatery, commercial and spa blocks, characterised by series of sloped roofs and courtyards connected with each other, highlighting the use of local stone walls with the more contemporary metal structure.
A modern luxury villa designed in the fields of Dhangadhi — a family and vacation home for a client residing in Australia. Simple linear volumes are accented by a series of curved walls from the entry to the rooftop. Large cantilevers towards the south provide shade while perforated blocks and plantations allow ventilation and natural cooling.

The theme is minimal scandi with the use of white stucco paints and warm lighting combined with local terracotta tiles — the curved telia tile flooring flows seamlessly from the entrance and wraps around the café bar.

Although having a steel structure as its skeleton, the façade has an industrial yet contemporary and timeless feel through the combination of metal and glass with vertical brick tiles, stucco plaster and timber.
